Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, Toy Box City does NOT accept returns on any items, unless damaged or defective.
We will coordinate damage claims with our suppliers and the transportation carrier.
Please retain all original packing and shipping materials, including the damaged part or product. You may be required to send photos of the damaged product, the external and internal packaging. The carrier will reserve the right to inspect any reported damages.
Upon receipt of goods, please inspect your purchase. In the event of damage, immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To quickly process damage claims, please include photos and any other evidence of damage.
If you received a faulty or incomplete item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us on email@example.com to request a replacement.
